Michael Stern’s 81-story tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District is moving forward according to court records. The Dolce & Gabbana-branded tower has won their first step of zoning approval from Miami-Dade County with an 11-0 vote. According to the new site plan, the tower will be built to 81 stories with 259 residential units, just under 103,000 square feet of commercial space with retail, restaurant, spa and wellness center (gym) uses.
