It’s here! At last, Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove has received their Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Miami and closings have begun.
The project launched at the end of 2019 as a partnership between the famed Cipriani Family and Miami’s Terra Group. After the success of the Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove, a condo tower made sense.
With amenities by Meyer Davis and the design of the tower coming from Arquitectonica, the team brought together a highly successful project despite the fact that it was all coming to fruition during the pandemic.

Despite media reports of a cooling market, Miami is still going strong. The St. Regis, Miami in Brickell currently has plans for two tower cranes at their jobsite at 1809 Brickell Avenue while also reaching the 60% sold benchmark.
According to a filing with the FAA for two tower cranes, the project plans to have both rise 741 feet above ground or 750 feet above sea level.
The landmark project will replace a 17-story building that is currently awaiting demolition. In the summer of 2023, the project quickly passed Urban Design Review Board approval process, with only a few minor tweaks.

New York’s Madison Realty Capital has provided Related Group with $400 million to construct their new ultra luxury development on Fisher Island, Six Fisher.
Related purchased the site in 2022 for over $100 million and launched sales during Art Basel Miami Beach of that year. They set the new standard as being the first project to require prospective buyers to be invited to even consider a purchase. This set the stage of the new era of exclusivity being currency in the Miami Beach condo market.
Fast forward to today and the project has sold more than $500 million so far, including a combination...
The much anticipated Four Seasons Private Residences in Coconut Grove has now officially launched, having released full renderings and floor plans this week. With spaces designed by world-renowned architect Michele Bönan, the project promises to set a new standard of luxury in our burgeoning community of Coconut Grove.
We were excited to be the first to learn back in February that Fort Partners and Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group had purchased the office building at 2699 S. Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove with plans to re-develop it into 70 ultra-luxury residences as the Four Seasons Private Residences,...
Heavy equipment was moved in and the aging 1980’s-era office tower that once stood at 1428 Brickell is now destroyed, making way for a glittering new energy-efficient luxury condo development called The Residences at 1428 Brickell. But before the heavy moving began, we did what people in Miami do… we celebrated!
Miami is famous for always finding a reason to celebrate, but a demolition party is arguably one of the most fun and productive events you can take part in here in the 305. It is filled with excitement of the future, glamour and prestige, our “out-with-the-old, in-with-the-new” mindset,...
It has been over 25 years since the last private golf course in the Miami area has been opened, and Shell Bay is indeed worth the wait… and the initiation fee. The new Shell Bay Club in Hallandale Beach (just north of Miami) has opened, along with its new Greg Norman-designed 7,254 yard 18-hole course with plenty of water in play.
The golf club itself was a redesign of the Diplomat Golf Resort and Spa, that now has a layout rated as one of the most difficult in Florida with a 148 slope rating and a 76.1 course rating, for the enthusiasts. It also features a 12-acre high tech practice facility...
Miami’s first Standard-branded residential development is keeping with their brand standard of unexpected fun in chic environments with two surprise culinary concepts inking deals in the Midtown Miami project.
The two Miami-based concepts are both household names in their own right and both are currently in expansion mode.
The Standard Rooftop and Juvia Group
Until recently, rooftop dining was synonymous with Juvia Group. Their iconic rooftop eatery at 1111 Lincoln Road, perched atop the Herzog & de Meuron-designed garage in Miami Beach offered some of the best views in the city from an...
The grand opening of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami is upon us at last, with the new tower accepting reservations beginning this weekend. While this is an obvious win for tourists and visitors, it is also beneficial for passive real estate investors who prefer to retain the ability to utilize their property when they are in town.
Gale Miami Hotel & Residences broke ground in February of 2021 under the name Natiivo at 601 NE 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami. The 51-story tower quickly sold its 240 investment opportunities, which are broken down into 80 hotel rooms and 160...
