Rivage Bal Harbour’s 3-Level Ocean Penthouse Lists For $75 Million

As they continue to gear up for groundbreaking this summer, the developers of Rivage in Bal Harbour have released their crown jewel penthouse of the ultra-luxury tower with a price tag of $75 million.

Spanning 12,603 interior square feet on the 23rd and 24th floors of the tower, the Ocean Penthouse is designed so that each of the bedrooms has a view of the water. In total, there are six bedrooms, seven baths and five terraces with nearly 5,000 square feet of outdoor living space.

Eric Fordin, SVP at Related Group, the co-developer of Rivage said to Mansion Global, “Usually, your living room and bedroom will have ocean views, but here that’s not the case. We designed the building so that the majority of rooms have ocean views.”

Upon entering the residence via private elevator, guests step into the main gathering area. They are greeted by a formal living area with wet bar and a dramatic grand staircase.

The great room and more causal living room are alongside a formal dining room and a formal open kitchen with additional seating.

There are two large terraces facing the ocean as well as two separate wings for the four guest suites and the service quarters.

The second level offers more intimate space and more casual entertainment options. It is here that guests will enjoy the media room, game room and lounge/library along with an additional wet bar. Each of the rooms is encapsultated in floor-to-ceiling impact glass.
