The grand opening of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami is upon us at last, with the new tower accepting reservations beginning this weekend. Gale Miami Hotel & Residences broke ground in February of 2021 under the name Natiivo at 601 NE 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami. The 51-story tower quickly sold its 240 investment opportunities, which are broken down into 80 hotel rooms and 160 condo-hotel residences.
